Zhong Ying
Zhong Ying obtained diploma from Heilongjiang University majoring in law in 1990, and Bachelor of Art from Shanghai East China University majoring in law. Zhong Ying once worked in Harbin Securities Co. Ltd., Shanghai branch, and Shanghai Hai Yan Law Firm, and later became partner. Zhong Ying founded her own Law Firm in 2007. She was a representative of the 8th Shanghai Bar Association general membership meeting. Mrs. Zhong has taken many social responsibilities, such as vice secretary in general for the 6th council of Shanghai woman lawyers membership meeting; assistant director of Shanghai women legal assistance center, member of and vice secretary in general of 7th committee of Shanghai Yang Pu District Youth Association, secretary in general of Shanghai Yang Pu District Lawyers Working Committee, vice chairman of Shanghai Yang Pu District Youth and Middle Age Professionals Sodality, director and legal counsel of Shanghai Ying Lv Social Welfare Development Center.
